Dolphins dance away depression blues

Psychiatrists Christian Antonioli and Michael Reveley at Britain’s University of Leicester, have recruited 30 people suffering from mild to chrnic epression to have a dip with the dolphins. According to a study piblished in British Medical Journal (BMJ), an interaction with nature relieves a person from mental stress. While that holds true for mild stress, the case of chronic depression has to be backed with sending the depreesed to the laps of nature, or into the swimming pool with dolphins. It does help to be amidst nature, as someting really peaceful and soothing as dolphins can take a person to have a supernatural experience
