Physical exercise can significantly improve well being of the person. It can help provide a distraction from worries, tensions, stress and anxiety. Exercise enables to keep the body fit, helping in sound sleep, which is a must for a person afflicted with depression. On the whole, it can change the entire perspective of life for a person.
