Poor sleep may be linked with depression!

Do you find it difficult to go into profound sleep at night and walk up early and find yourself physically as well as mentally exhausted, the next morning then it is quite likely that you have been clutched by depression. A German study has come out with this revelation. In the words of Christa Roth-Sackenheim of the German professional association for psychiatrists in Neuss: People with depression often suffer from an inability to fall asleep and an inability to sleep through the night. Christa Roth further adds: …the patient lacks motivation, energy and stamina due to the poor quality of sleep. If you find that, any of these symptoms are disturbing you then don’t hesitate to consult a doctor as soon as possible.
