Stress exercises, meditation, and Yoga can be modified to suit all religions. Well, if religious bias weighs more than a stress free life, there is no harm in seeking for a balance. It is true that Bible is the best way to beat the depression blues, but then the question of comprehending the Bible comes to picture. Any exercise given to the children in elementary school level should be taken in the positive perspective. In other words, a child would understand meditation more than Bible. If parents are still not convinced, prayer is another form of meditation. Therefore, the initiatives taken by elementary schools to unit a child’s inner being is not violating any religion.
