People worry all the time. There are so many things in our life to worry about. But, do not turn to worry wart. Dr. Edward Hallowell, psychiatrist and author of ‘Worry’, uses the term ‘toxic theory’ for the types of worry that really hurts. According to him, Good worry inspires you to constructive performance. Toxic worry spoils you. It has reverse effects. It can make you physically sick. Hallowell presents here the five steps to deal with the Toxic worries 1. Do not get isolated when distressed 2. Avoid the wrong information 3. Get the facts and go for a plan 4. Do take enough sleep do physical exercise, avoid junk foods 5. Just learn to avoid. Do not carry the weight of the world
