Caution: Pilling in anti-depressants can be dangerous

While it is suggested to cure children depression and moderate adult depression through counseling, it is advisable to to treat acute or clinical depression through the use of anti-depressants. As anti-depressants have many side affects like liver damage, hypertension and even suicide in many cases it is better to be cautious to select the right kind of anti-depressant. SSRIs (Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors)work by slowly assimilating the gaps in the nerve cells, whereas the SNRIs (Serotonin and Nor Adrenaline Reuptake Inhibitors) destroy the enzymes, which interfere with the working of the medicinal ingredients. SSRIs and SNRIs both have their side affects like nausea,dizziness, vomiting and high blood pressure. In such cases if you can go for herbl treatments it would save you of collecting extra sickness baggage and may be alternative cure like meditation do the miracle.
